The workshop Everyday Purchases: Your Rights Explained is an overview of consumer law based on a few scenarios. Participants learn about their rights with respect to exchanges and refunds, incorrectly displayed prices, warranties, and delivery delays of online purchases.

Note: Everyday Purchases is an introductory workshop on the legal aspects of your consumer habits.

  • Explain the basics of the price accuracy policy and legal warranty. 

  • Identify the steps to take to solve a problem that arises when making a purchase.
