The Volunteering: Rights, Responsibilities and Best Practices workshop provides an overview of volunteer rights and responsibilities, as well as the legal framework that applies to volunteer commitments. During this workshop, participants are encouraged to think about their role and their expectations through reflection questions. The workshop helps clarify the responsibilities of both volunteers and organizations to support a clearer, safer and more respectful framework for volunteer involvement. The activities cover both legal and practical information.
